Commemorative postcards Czech Republic with
occasional additional printing and
promotional PRESSFIL have been issued
since 2006 (in the years 2006-2012 by PRESSFIL Plzeň s.r.o.,
from 2013 companies NEWSPHILA z.s.p.o.). In recent years, it has
around sixty postcards about a year, always on the various
anniversaries or events.
Gradually, the "stabilized" certain events or anniversaries, which
are commemorative postcards issued annually. In April comes the
"International Day of Monuments and Sites", May
"Church Night" in September "European
Heritage Days" from 2011 is issued interim "series"
postcards entitled "Historical railvay Station of Bohemia,
Moravia and Silesia".
Usually every second year subject to a specific topic or event, so
come out during the year in several series of commemorative
postcards devoted to this topic. In 2006, to mark the twenty-fifth
anniversary of the death of the painter - master - Zdenek Burian
(1905-1981) there were a series of reconstructions of prehistoric
animals - Palaeozoic, Mesozoic, Tertiary and Quaternary. In 2008,
on the occasion of the seventieth anniversary of the sad events of
September Issue "Czechoslovak border fortifications from
1935 to 1938", in 2010 to commemorate the 700th
anniversary of the Luxembourg dynasty to the Czech throne emissions
"Luxemburgs and the Czech Kingdom 1310-1437" . In
2012, a four issue postcards on the theme "Industrial
narrow gauge railways in the Czech Republic". Year 2014
will be marked by reminders "100th anniversary of the "big"
war", which sought to later history with "I." and the
phrase "world" .

PRESSFIL are always issued in a limited edition of
1,000 pieces, which ensures their high collectible value, at the
same time so i give presumption on the future growth of their
collector´s prices.
In addition to its own thematic print postcards publisher of
graphic designs and implements this part of the commemorative
postcards that due to the high artistic value also contribute to
the popularity of postcards, both among collectors in the Czech
Republic and abroad.
